Origin
Kerala, South India. A lasya (gentle, feminine) form said to evoke the celestial Mohini.
Hallmarks
- Flowing, swaying torso (andolika) and circular footwork
- Soft eye movements (drishti bheda) carrying the story
- White-and-gold costume, jasmine in the hair
